Battalion Pentecostal Assembly Church is a Christ centered, Bible believing church based on the teachings of the Son of God. We believe the reason for our existence is to serve our community and build the lives of men, women and children by providing spiritual enhancement for all those that seek it. We are located in the growing and vibrant community of Arverne, part of the Rockaway peninsula, and have been for twenty-five glorious years. The Lord has truly been good to us as we have served him faithfully.

There is nothing more satisfying for us than to work for our community. Because of this our doors are open 7 days a week for services, Fellowship, Education and Outreach. We also operate a day school, Battalion Christian Academy. BCA is a Christ centered school offering excellence in academics while teaching our children, your children, the awesome work of our Savior, Jesus Christ. Battalion Christian Academy serves grades Pre-K through Fifth Grade.

We desire to be all things to all men, and know that our assistance means so very much to the day to day lives of the families in our community. For this reason, we also operate our Love Center. The Love Center is a community resource food pantry that serves over 300 families weekly by providing food for all those that ask. We do not only provide non-perishable staple items, during the spring and summer months we supplement the staples with fresh vegetables and fruits from our Community Garden Project, allowing for the much needed addition of the nutrients found in fresh produce to our diets.
